FILL INGREDIENTS- Each eyemask is filled with Buckwheat groats and a wonderful scented blend of Peppermint leaves and Lavender flowers which has been shown to relieve stress and sinus headaches.
FABRICATION- Outer cover is made from bamboo/cotton/spandex. Inner removeable shell is made of 100% cotton. The outer cover can be removed and washed as desired. Spot clean the inner cover as needed.
HOT/COLD AROMATHERAPY- Hot: remove the outer cover and heat inner shell in the microwave at 10 second intervals until they eye mask is at desired temp. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Cold: Place eye mask in plastic bag, seal and leave in freezer for 1-2 hours.
