WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?

For all ground shipping orders, we use USPS. Ground shipping may take up to 8 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

We offer complimentary domestic shipping via USPS for all orders over $200.00. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE?

We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed items purchased in the last 30 days.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We aim to please quickly. Once your return items are received by De Nova, a refund is typically issued in about 10 business days.
